They are very good for gluten free

There are almost no gluten free option but we decided to order from here anyways. I ordered over the phone and explained that I had celiac disease and that everything need to be gluten free. I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem. When we went to pick up I asked for the gluten free soy sauce (which I was told they have) the women responded with, “oh good thing you reminded me”. That comment made me a little reluctant to eat the sushi. When we got in the car I looked at the bill and it had rolls I did not order as they weren’t marked gluten free on the menu. I phoned right away and expressed my concern the lady didn’t seem to understand and told us to come back and speak with the owner. We came back and then had to wait about 15 minutes for the owner to come and talk to us. He was very rude and and kept huffing when I explained that I couldn’t eat the food as the gluten rolls were touching the “gluten free” rolls. He then told me that nothing was really gluten free and that everything touches gluten anyways when they’re making the roll. So I asked for a refund which he reluctantly gave me.
No
I get sushi rolls all the time and have been good - no reactions. But as far as I know they do not have GF soy sauce so I just eat without.
