Gluten Intolerant

i used to go here and get sushi before i found out i was gluten free, so i was very happy when i found out that a few of their rolls are gf! they don’t have that many options, but the philly roll is really good and they gave me a little cup of gf soy sauce. i’m just intolerant so i’m not sure how safe it is for celiacs, but so far i’ve had no reaction.
