Staff were not very knowledgeable and even with the allergen guide there was very little choice.

They have several gluten-free items available. I always have the Philadelphia Roll. They have tamari (gluten-free soy sauce) available One of the servers knew about what was gf and what wasn't, but be your own advocate ;)
