Review of Arizona Broadway Theatre

I'd been to this theater for a couple of other dinner musicals, but it had been years. I thought I remembered that previously they had GF options marked on the menu, but perhaps I was wrong as I noticed nothing about GF or other allergies mentioned. I asked the server, and she indicated that the chef hadn't told the staff which items were GF that day, so she inquired and told me which entrées were (prime rib, cod, beef with peppers). I ordered a salad, and dessert too, indicating I'd have those also if GF. When the salad came, I asked for confirmation as to if it was GF since I know salad dressing (served on the side) frequently has gluten. She had to inquire, and found out it wasn't safe, and came back with an option of oil and vinegar I'd requested. Dessert was confirmed when I asked.
