Review of Arlene's on Asbury

Ordered an excellent gluten free eggs Benedict--on gluten free bread (they use Udi's). $9 which was very reasonable. (2 eggs perfectly cooked). We sat outside--nice breeze, great server, very friendly employees. Only criticism is the outside chairs are those plastic flimsy things and very wobbly--my son fell backwards onto the sidewalk. (He wasn't hurt, but I thought I was next). Gluten free items on the regular menu, plus a separate GF menu with those specific items. 3 yr old had Mickey Mouse pancakes (huge serving) and bacon which he didn't eat. (But it looked good and was inexpensive!) definitely hit this spot at the end of Asbury Ave shopping. So yummy!
