Arlington Kabob

Ordered the Salmon Kabob, friendly staff, though a little confused when I mentioned "Gluten Allergy". They said there wasn't eggs in what I ordered, which was good info but not really what I was concerned about, though they did mention "no bread, right?" at the end of the order, so I guess they did understand. Not sure what cross contact measures were taken
