Great gluten free pizza and you can sit outside, in a very central location. Gluten free (and lactose free) costs quite a bit extra, but it’s definitely worth it! Quick and friendly service. The waiter didn’t speak English very well, though, and I wasn’t fully sure he had understood about coeliac disease and cross contamination, so it could be worth it to bring a Spanish coeliac travel card just to be as clear as possible. In any case, I didn’t get any symptoms, and the pizza was really tasty, so I’d definitely recommend this place!

@armonia_pasta_pizza_y_mas owner shared with me that he is very aware of cross contamination concerns. He uses a clean pan with fresh water for every gluten free pasta. For the pizzas he said he also uses clean trays and puts them inside the shared oven but he has a separate tray for gluten free and if he has to cook both pizzas he cooks the gluten free one first.
He also shared proudly that he has been serving the gluten free and celiac community for six years now with great success.
We ordered the pizza with mozzarella and brushuito. The dough was good. I really liked the texture and tenderness of it. The sauce was alright, it was a tad flavorless. With a few more spices it would be perfect!
They also have gluten free cheesecake and tiramisu. Didn’t try them but great to know they had this.
I ordered the spaghetti carbonara. It was very clean. The pasta noodles tasted great. The sauce was good and somewhat peppery and tad flavorless. The server did bring out some picante sauce which added to the pasta in a great way!
They are located downtown Palma and make a safe bit a great option for a lunch! Google has them as permanently closed but they aren’t.
