I went yesterday with a friend. They have gluten free options, but sadly it’s not celiac friendly. They use the same cutting boards and toaster for all the breads. I could only eat the prepackaged brownie.

Love this chain for gluten free breakfast or lunch, they can look up the ingredients for you on their screen when you order and on the screen facing you it shows you GF bread when you order it, the avocado egg sandwich is a favourite, had it a lot whilst visiting Toronto only which they had these in England.
Their gf toast is separate. The brownie that is gf is pre packages. Soups, salads and breakfast great.

They have some GF options, however, their staff needs some training. Everyone I spoke to (3-4 employees) had no idea what gluten-sensitivity or celiac was, if their meals contained gluten or if any of their ingredients had cross-contamination.

I had a great experience. One of the ladies was super helpful, making sure there is no cross contamination. I had the lentil soup and the kale salad without the pumpkin seeds. It was delicious.

Be cautious if celiac, but great place if you’re on the move, good gluten free bread on the sand which, very clean and organized. Knowledgeable staff.

Did not know what a gluten allergy was. Not confident cross contamination was handled properly.
