Delicious food here! I had the Guatemalan enchiladas, the chilaquiles (without the chicken since the sauce had gluten) and tried a few of the tacos, which were all gluten free.
They do not have dedicated friers but they are very up front about that fact, and the waitress/greeter checked with the chef for every question I had about a dish.
