restaurant was knowledgable about gluten but didn’t offer any gluten free options except for white rice and steak. Which I was surprised because even beans had gluten when they usually don’t. Very few options

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Pollo (grilled chicken) a la plancha with(white rice) arroz blanco and black beans. Let them know you have celiac. Very accommodating. Tested with the Nima. Results no gluten.

When I went they were only willing to suggest the tuna tartar. That is the only thing they would suggest and not what I was looking for. Too bad.
