Upon coming here, I was nervous to eat here as there was no mention of anything gluten free on the menu. Our server was very helpful and would double check just to be sure even if she thought she knew the answer. They don’t grill the bread on the grill. They toast it in a separate place. They also cook the pancakes on a separate part of the grill so there shouldn’t be any cross contamination. There is no bread or waffle/pancake options that are gluten free, but the hash browns are and there are lots of other breakfast options. The breakfast came out hot and super delicious. Overall I would say the restaurant is pretty safe. I don’t give 5 for safeness just because they are not a dedicated gluten free safe place.
