This was my best bet for GF in Creede I thought. They do indicate they have GF bread and mark dinner items GF. I indicated on my reservation that I had celiac disease and the server did know this. Chicken sandwich on GF bread but the side salad came out with croutons on it. The sandwich and remade salad were very good but so wouldn’t eat there again. It seems to indicate a lack of caution or knowledge. If you go, make a reservation and say you have celiac disease then ask a thousand questions about the food.
