If you need a gluten free meal look no further. They may not have a dedicated gluten free menu but are very knowledgeable regarding gluten in food and many of their dishes are gluten free, including the fries. The restaurant is set in a quiet area in a small square just off a side road past the Police Station. The young couple who run this restaurant are very welcoming and the atmosphere is warm and friendly.

Ate here twice it was so good! Most of the menu items are gluten free and others (not all) can be adapted. Staff all had a very strong knowledge of coeliac disease and gluten free options. Excellent option if you’re in Olhão.
