I emailed to make a reservation asking about allergies and they got back saying they had gluten free bread and would always accommodate. I got the cider menu since they have the typical famous Basque cider house menu with cider your pour from yourself from a giant oak barrel (pretty fun). They gave me gluten free bread, made me the first appetizer which was chorizo and blood sausage making sure to remove any nuts and gluten if on any dishes (I’m allergic to nuts too). Then the bacalao (salted cod) omelette was great, and i had the giant t bone steak (Basque Country is know to cook great red meat). They didn’t have much dessert options for me so I had a pear but it was great overall and so much food!
