One of the most celiac friendly restaurants in Santa Fe and absolutely delicious! The staff was super knowledgable, the menu is labeled, the fryer is dedicated gluten free (hello fries and squash tempura) and they even have gluten free deserts including donut holes! Gluten free heaven!
