There menu says their dressings are gluten free but will accommodate for allergies. Yet they don't guarantee possible cross contamination of food with gluten. I am weary of a place that doesn't have a dedicated menu for only gluten listed items and can't guarantee cross contamination. That usually means they don't have a separate cooking station for gluten free food cooking.
