Was pleasantly surprised to find this little shop filled with gluten free goodies. The coconut macaroons are addicting! I also got eclairs, pumpkin bread, and a cupcake! She offered to take any special orders as well for cakes, pies, quiche, etc.!

Have purchased baked goods at the Cape Coral location many times and have loved every one. The carrot cake and tiramisu are delicious! Breads are good too. I haven't had anything that I didn't love!

I own this business so I might be a bit biased but we do offer a wide selection of gluten free breads, baked goods and desserts.We discovered the source of much of my wife's gastrointestinal issues were due to an intolerance for gluten about 5 years ago. Since then I have been experimenting with gluten free desserts and baked goods. I do produce these items in a bakery that uses traditional wheat flout so I do not recommend them for persons with extreme allergies. My wife and (so far) all of our customers tolerate them without problems but there could be traces of gluten and I don't want to make anyone sick!We have 3 breads, Multi-grain, raisin walnut and regular. Also several quick breads (banana, pumpkin, zucchini and carrot raisin). We carry too many desserts to list them all (after all I have a been a Pastry Chef since 1980). I would however recommend the chocolate lava cake, cheesecakes, fresh fruit tarts as well as our key lime tarts.
