No marked menu but server was fairly knowledgeable about gluten free and spoke to the chef. I ordered an omelette with bacon and when the bacon did not come I asked and she said the chef did not include it because the bacon is flash fried. I was appreciative they know not to include the bacon without having to ask. I would eat here again.
