Disappointing: contacted the restaurant before our visit to confirm the french fries were safe, assured they were. After ordering the waitress explained the fries are put in a dedicated fryer basket but the fryers all share the same oil, good grief.
The burger was OK, the vibe of the restaurant is more Red Robin with lots of families and noisy. There are numerous other places in Manchester that do good burgers with safe fries (Burton's, Maggie's, 110 Grill, Red Heat), I will not be returning.
Went here after reading reviews and enjoyed big portions and really tasty and safe gf food. Server was knowledgeable and most items on the menu are available with GF buns or minor changes.
I had French onion soup to start (no croutons) which was really good, tasty grilled cheese on top of a big bowl of flavoursome soup. Followed it up with a smash burger with blue cheese and fries. Separate friers are used so no x-contamination. GF food brought out separately and ordering was via the duty manager for extra safety.
The food was great and mid-price range - the restaurant is a bit ‘canteen y’ with a concrete floor and simple furniture which makes it quite noisy but had a really relaxed and friendly feel and was a great place to eat out.
Excellent choices. Had a spiked milkshake (Butterscotch liquor with vanilla ice cream), a delicious Rise and Shine burger and brussell sprouts. The server wasn't entirely versed in GF (he suggested the Crazy oreo shake because the caramel one had pretzels in it. 🙄) But friendly and quick service and delicious food.
Excellent restaurant! Asked about whether their fries were GF and they said no because there is no dedicated fryer. I have gone a number of times with no issues. There is a decent sized GF menu! They also are great with takeout orders.
