Bakery that sells GF and some non GF items; GF items are made in a separate kitchen, and handled with care so as to avoid cross contamination. Most GF savoury items are frozen, though they also sell crackers and sweet cookies/desserts. After spending one week in Thessaloniki on holidays, it’s the only establishment I’ve found specialised in GF products (the owner herself is celiac and agreed with me saying that the strictly GF offer in the city is extremely limited, and that’s the reason why she started her own bakery!)
