Review of Arugula Deli

I am in Idaho Falls visiting family and have been DX with celiac less than two weeks. I had no idea what to expect when I called them. I told them I was a newbie celiac and they immediately helped me figure out something I could eat. I ordered the Tuscan chicken sandwich and subbed the bun out for plantains. Food was excellent and the staff was knowledgeable as soon as I talked with them. We ordered again for lunch! I spoke with a different employee and they were knowledgeable as well. Great local restaurant that also gives back to the community. Cannot say enough good things about them.
