They do NOT have a G-free menu! There are a few items indicated on the regular menu as GF, but mostly things that are already G-free, like the salads or plain steamed mussels. We didn't stay and went looking for better options.

It doesn’t have a gf menu, and if you don’t like salad or lobster, you’re out of luck. However, the restaurant itself is beautiful and the food was delicious.

Not a ton of options, and no dedicated fryer either, but the food was very good. Outdoor seating is nice too

I ate there last week for my wedding anniversary and had a great experience! It was busy but the waitress was great and knowledgeable about my GF options. I got a side salad and the swordfish which came with mashed potatoes and green beans, and she checked to make sure the mashed potatoes were GF at my request. I am super sensitive to cross contamination and did not get sick. I would eat here again!

They took PERFECT care of my daughter with severe sensitivity (celiac and corn, dairy sensitive). Clearly told me what she could have on the menu. Voluntarily told me they would change gloves. Brought out her meal separately (and with an allergy flag on it). Bonus: food was amazing fie the whole family.

Plenty of GF options. We had Delmonico steak, baked halibut, mashed potatoes, butternut squash and.......LEMON CHEESECAKE! I asked and it was "Izzy's" brand and was delicious. I wanted to order a second piece, but restrained myself.
I do have Celiac, and while I can't speak to how they prepare food here, I felt fine after our meal.
Limited choices, but I got a Cobb salad with balsamic (the only GF dressing) with lobster on top. Understood cross contamination.

As someone who has been eating gluten free for many years, I am always thrilled when I find a place that has options marked as gluten free. The Arundel Wharf had several items from salads to entree that are marked GF. We went for lunch, and I ordered the Cobb Salad with Lobster Salad and it was absolutely delicious. Our server told me which dressings she knew for sure we're GF, and made note on the order that I was gluten free. My gluten eating boyfriend loved his lobster roll and fries. We sat outside on the dock on a perfect summer afternoon. If you are visiting in the area, I would definitely recommend trying Arundel Wharf.
Tiny GF menu that really isn't GF. If you have Ciliacs I really don't recommend this restaurant. Very expensive for very little food. $33.00 for a boiled lobster and Cole slaw is crazy.
Very nice seafood restaurant on the waterfront, with a gluten-free menu with a reasonable number of selections. My wife really enjoyed the GF lemon cheesecake together with her lobster salad and Maine steamers.
