I recently tried this cafe out- I was not going to order anything as they did now have anything marked gluten free. However the waitress was very knowledgeable and assured me that my Gluten/Dairy allergen information was marked for the kitchen. The head chef and owner came over to me personally and explained how everything is cooked in the grill so there is a high chance for cross contamination and they are not confident serving me from there. However- They offered to cook my food separately on a skillet. While it was not the best food (they did not use seasoning because they could not be 100%) the staff was VERY knowledgeable on celiacs and I did not get sick from the food.
