I went here in vacation with my family a bit ago, I got a smoothie bowl and it was soooo delicious! They have so many GF options and all the smoothies and food is so tasty, they have some very tasty GF toast as well with different toppings. I can’t wait to come back!

Very yummy toast! They have three kinds of toasts with different toppings. The bread is very hearty, thick, and homemade - very good. Very nice owners/employees. Small nice little establishment. The toast is pricey, but everything is pricey in Kanab. I would say worth it though.

Good selection of smoothies, bowls and homemade GF/vegan toast. Mushroom coffee, pressed juices and nut milk available

Fantastic cafe with great homemade GF bread. We had all three “toasts” and they were all great! Glad we could have a safe spot to eat on vacation!

The gluten free bread was really good! I loved how all their juices were titled as affirmations. Every juice I’ve had has been DELICIOUS. I asked to verify that everything was celiac safe and they confirmed it was. Really sweet ladies that work there!

Yes! They are almost fully GF, and vegan. They understand the need for GF. I had guac toast which was pricey but SO good, and a smoothie. Happy to support this establishment!

What a treat to find a dedicated gf location in a town we frequently pass through. We had the Açaí Berry and Country Road smoothies, our son loved the protein bites, and the guacamole toast was incredible.

Excellent juice/smoothie spot, owner also makes homemade GF bread for a variety of toasts. Very fresh drinks here, and the only dedicated GF spot for miles and miles
