I was under the impression the gf items are made in a separate kitchen but recently learned they are made on site but with separate equipment. I’m less confident than I was before, but regardless, have never experienced any cross contamination.

I get a loaf of bread (some of the lightest and fluffiest I’ve ever had) and some treats every time I’m in town. I’ve never had any issues here.

Got a loaf of bread. It’s not 100% GF. They make gluten in the same things but they wash everything before baking the Gf options. Cookies and white bread and sweet bread. There’s a little shelf right when you enter the door.
