When I told them I needed gf, the server told me they could prepare chow mei fun (either chicken or shrimp). It has to be ordered with no sauce. They also clean after every dish they prepare. The soy sauce and duck sauce packets they give out with the meal are gf. So I just added those to the bland dish to make it tasty. All in all, I was pleased that my daughter and I could safely eat Chinese with the family.
