This is a husband and wife run business with one employee. The employee is very knowledgeable about gluten free. He is going to go to HEB and get some organic, gf soy sauce to have on hand for when people ask.

All of the pho (soup) is already gf. It comes with broth, rice noddles, beef or chicken and fresh herbs.

We also tried the spring rolls but the peanut sauce is not gf but maybe in the future he can make it that way once he gets the gf soy sauce.

And we also got the chicken lettuce wraps that comes with cucumber and pickled carrots and cilantro.

Definitely worth a try. My brother eats here regularly and recommended it.
