Review of Asian Bistro

We were nervous at first because our server had no idea what we were talking about, but thankfully the manager did. The menu had GF items marked very clearly. We had the Tom Kha, Larb, and Pad Thai. Usually know within thirty minutes if I’ve been glutened and I feel fine! The food was excellent. Only giving it a 4 because I generally like everyone on staff to be knowledgeable about gluten.
