Asian Fusion Restaurant

I do not know if much of their regular menu is gluten free, but they are very willing to accommodate requests for no sauces, crunch, or gluten ingredients in their sushi! The chefs separate our gluten/non-gluten sushi orders when they package them up, and I'm often offered gluten free soy sauce. When I call and ask questions, the staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help me figure out accommodations.
