The owner is very knowledgeable on what is gluten free or how to make it gluten free. The noodle bowls are great and they can substitute any noodle with rice noodles. I typically stay away from Asian restaurants because soy sauce is in everything, but this place has a great variety and I know I'm safe to eat there.
