I eat here fairly often and have never gotten sick. Other than noodle dishes pretty much everything here is gluten free or can be made that way. I highly recommend the cashew chicken if you like spicy food. They also have a pretty good bar menu with alcohol/mixers labeled pretty clearly so you can be aware of any syrups/liqueurs that are in their drinks. They have never explained their gluten free precautions in detail to me but I have not gotten sick from eating here, whether it is in the restaurant or for take out. I would proceed with caution because I cannot speak to their safety measures in specifics but be aware that I have always had a pleasant experience. I am a highly sensitive celiac and usually do not dine out at all but I do feel pretty confident with this chain
