Susan, the owner and chef, personally has made my food to avoid cross contamination with gluten foods. I order my food either in the restaurant or over the phone. When I talk to the waitstaff and let them know about my Celiac disease food issues, the staff graciously has Susan come over to the table or to the phone. Susan is very gracious and understanding about cross contamination. Susan has always said that she will personally make my food so I will not get sick. The food is wonderful. So many gluten free options as only gluten free soy sauce is used in the restaurant. And so many rice noodle options.
