Asiana Thai and Sushi of Hyde Park

The tom kha gai (chicken coconut soup) and the double red (spicy tuna with tuna and spicy mayo on top) were both GF by default! I was also brought GF soy sauce at my request, and it was repeated that it was Gf as it was placed on my table. The menu does not have specific GF notation, but has many notes that they can accommodate most allergies, including gluten. Great experience, kind staff, no gut probs.

Such a cool atmosphere, but the food was great and they have GF on the menu. Tamales were A+ and I will have dreams about the tostadas.

Delicious and celiac safe! Told staff of my allergy and they could make most items gluten free. They were aware of cross contamination and had different sauces for the pad Thai to make it GF. No reaction!
