The first question we were asked by the manager as we sat was “are there any allergies?” When we mentioned that our son has a wheat allergy, he immediately brought over an allergen-friendly menu and flipped right to the gluten-free section. I think most of the pasta dishes and types of pizza could be made gluten-free. I had the GF pasta bolognese and my son had the pepperoni pizza. Both were delicious and our son had no allergic reactions at all. Highly recommend and safe!
