Amazing gluten free pizza and beer! Highly recommend
Mediocre at most. Staff friendly and considerate in regard to allergies. I came here as I have read many times, that the gluten free pizza base is one of the best among Italian franchises. However, I was very disappointed with my dish.As I am allergic to both, gluten and dairy, the range was very limited. The waitress gave me the allergen matrix, saying that any of the non-dairy pizza and pasta dishes could be prepared gluten free. Which did not leave many options.I decided to try the vegan special, as I was interested in the pea base instead of the tomato sauce. When I got the pizza, it was served with a pizza cutter, which I really like, yet that was the most exciting part of my meal. The ingredients were chucked on almost exclusively in the middle of the pizza (not evenly spread throughout) and they were rather tasteless. Although the outer part of the pizza base was crisp, it was very soggy in the middle, impossible to eat by hand without making a total mess. So one would need to cut it up into smaller pieces, however, only the pizza cutter produced a clean cut, due to the awkward texture of the base.Furthermore, the base was tasteless as well and no herbs or spices were used to flavour the dish. The “cheese” was more a cream than a cheese, adding to the soggy texture and also lacked flavour.Upon serving the waitress asked me if I wanted to have some chili oil with my pizza, which I happily picked and received promptly. Yet after I cut and tried my first slice of the pizza (at first without the oil to get an impression of the regular “taste”) I asked if I ordered fresh chilies as I did not want to add any more liquid ingredients to the already mushy pizza. I received the chilies quickly and they made up a great deal of the otherwise dull meal.Given the quality of the dish in relation to its prize I would rate it as heavily overprized. It was the most expensive item on the pizza menu (probably because it’s supposed to be a “special”), but if the other dishes were of the same quality it is still not good value for money.Although service was quick and the pizza served within a reasonable time I would not go back to try the gluten free pasta, as I was quite disappointed upon my experience and wouldn’t want to spend my money on food that I could prepare at home to a higher standard.(I have not asked if they had dedicated kitchen areas, however the waitress did not mention risk of CC and I also did not have any reactions. so it is safe to eat but I rate „not sure“ as I cannot verify to what extend their effort goes and if highly sensitive customers would rate it safe)
Very good pizza! when I walked in the door and was greeted by the hostess, she asked right away if anyone had any food allergies that was in my party. I got the Gluten free 4 cheese pizza. I told the server that I have celiac disease and she told me that they ensure that my pizza comes out truly gluten free. She says the chef uses a different over, utensils, and everything! Highly recommended this place for a causal lunch or dinner.
Many gluten free food options. Excellent gf food and service! Highly recommend.
Really yummy gluten free pasta dishes, they are also more then happy to customise
The food was delicious. I ate gluten free pasta and the gf chocolate etna for dessert. The staff was knowledgeable about celiac disease and I didn’t get contaminated. I would definitely eat there again!
Great gluten-free menu, with so many options!! They’ve clearly thought through how to offer as many of their dishes as possible as gluten free options. 5 celiacs in our family and all seem to have done fine. Good food. Pleasant bustling atmosphere.
We arrived in London late in the evening and were happy to find the restaurant open until 11:00. They had a separate gluten-free menu with adjoining book with other allergens. The food arrived at our table very quickly and was AMAZING! Highly recommend!
The food was good and very nice staff there. A lot of restaurants in London amd the UK
Good pizza. Pasta alla bolognese: sarebbe meglio senza basilico.....Locale accogliente e personale molto gentile! Si trova accanto fermata metropolitana earl’s court
The staff knows about gluten, this is a celiac friendly place and the food is delicious.
Great service and very friendly staff. The waiter knew exactly what was gluten free and what celiac disease was. I told him I had a very strict allergy and he stated ‘I will tell the cooks you have celiac.’ My dish came with a gf sticker. The gluten free menu is great. There are lots of options. I had pasta, and it was delicious. The people I was with who could eat gluten loved their meals.
Great pizza. Dessert options that are delicious
I told them before I ordered that I had celiac disease and they were more than accommodating. she went back to ask the chef if they could prepare the pizzas truly gluten free and gave me my own pizza slicer at the table! great trip and would recommend, just let your allergy known.
They use the same utensils for gluten free and all other pizzas.
Excellent pasta and pizza gluten free
Great service. Ordered off the GF menu. Lovely warm aubergine appetizer and a chocolate molten cake with vanilla ice-cream. Trying to work up courage to order the pizza!
I am GF/CF and the greeter didn't run away when I asked her for help! 😀 there were several pasta and pizza options available and the chefs took extra allergen precautions to make sure I wouldn't get sick. The food was also good and reasonably priced. For those who are just GF, there is a much broader selection and you would likely be very satisfied.
This restaurant is an accredited UK celiac friendly restaurant. They have a very detailed, extensive gluten free menu and allergen list. When I ordered the gluten free pasta the waitress knew to ask if it was because of celiac so she knew to alert the kitchen. Pasta was good, but there are other options including salad, fish, pizza, risotto, and dessert. I recommend!
