THE BEST GLUTEN FREE BAKERY I'VE EVER BEEN TO!

I am gluten free and it is so hard to find gluten free desserts that are yummy and have the same consistency as regular sweets. My favorites are the zucchini bread, cinnamon rolls, brownies, rolls, and raspberry bars, however, everything I've ever had from Aspasia has been AMAZING!

Eva, the owner, is such a sweetheart and is such a talented baker! Whether you are gluten free, or if you just want incredible treats, I highly highly highly recommend Aspasia!

I've had celiac for almost 7 years, and this is the BEST gluten-free bakery I've ever been to!! EVERYTHING here is phenomenal - believe me, I've explored my way through the menu, and there's not a bad thing here. They have the best cinnamon rolls I've ever tasted! You would absolutely never guess it's gluten-free, and I love the safety that comes with a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.

SO exciting!!! There's a new DEDICATED gluten free bakery in Indy and everything is absolutely incredible!! One of my daughters has celiac and the other is gluten intolerant, and these are some of the best baked GF goods they say they've ever tasted. The owner and baker Eva is pure magic in the kitchen!! Some of the most exciting things have been Hawaiian rolls (taste exactly like the regular kind!!!), coffee cake, pecan pie bars, challah, brownies, cinnamon rolls, danish, raspberry bars, peanut butter chocolate cupcakes, carrot cake, zucchini bread and so much more! Many of her items are dairy free too! You can either call or order online. On October 21st they will be opening a dedicated gluten free coffee and bake shop too - we can't wait to try even more of her delicious creations!!
