The servers and hosts were welcoming after I let them know I had celiac disease and helped me navigate the menu, which is marked with allergens. I avoided the breakfast buffet but was able to enjoy lovely a la carte breakfasts each morning of my stay, including omelettes, avocado salads, fresh juices, and a simple packaged gluten free baguette heated separately. I also enjoyed a special dinner, strawberry gazpacho, grilled seafood and vegetables, along with a beautiful fruit plate they specially prepared for me for dessert. I felt comfortable and did not have any reactions. It was nice to feel the staff was aware and looking out for me so I could relax and enjoy :-)
