I called beforehand fo see if they had gluten free soy sauce which they said they did and could prepare my hibachi in the back. The hibachi chef was knowledgeable and even made my food in front of me. He used tamari and set aside my proteins, vegetables, and rice. He gave me different sauces than everyone based on what was gluten free and I got a different soup than everyone. They staff was knowledgeable with what I could and could not eat. Cross contamination did occur on the hibachi surface but I only have an intolerance but important to note.
