Asuka Ramen

While not listed on the menu, they have gluten free ramen among many other dishes that can be made gluten free including through use of gluten free soy sauce. They have an open kitchen and I could hear them communicating about my gluten free ramen, the waitress and another staff member confirmed all the changes they made to the ingredients to make it gluten free and check on me several times!
