There is a chef there whose name is "Mehmet Keskin". He knows about celiac. He even cooked for celiac associations at an event. If you clearly tell him, he makes potato fries that are cooked in a clean unused oil so that the oil is not contaminated with flour. You can eat doner and pirzola (lamb chops) and also certain salads. Please let the chef himself know the situation clearly. Tell him that he should cook in a pan or area with no durum or bread. I will check if he knows English. not sure. We ate there many times and have not had any issues.
