Review of Au Bon Sushi

You have to call or write that you are GF but they really go the extra mile. No fake crab, caviar or tempura obviously. And some of their sauces have gluten but they will make any and all substitutions necessary. And the sushi is delicious. They serve the tartar with shrimp crackers which are GF. Delicious!
