We went here to try out a Bouchon Lyonnaise meal. The waiters weren't sure what was gluten free, but were very helpful by giving me an allergen menu and asking the chef questions about the dishes. In the end I had pork sausages in a red wine sauce, and they substituted the potato gratine with regular boiled potatoes. It was delicious. It might be that I was lucky with the waiters though, so take care!
