Je fréquente cet excellent restaurant depuis quelques années. Chaque fois, l'expérience en vaut la peine. Les plats sans gluten sont clairement inscrits sur le menu. Il y a toujours deux ou trois plats disponibles. S'il n'y a pas de desserts au menu ce jour-là, le personnel se chargera de vous trouver une crème brûlée à quelque part ! Vraiment sécuritaire de manger dans cette auberge de santé et de villégiature.

Plusieurs options sans gluten indiquées sur le menu. La chef est extraordinaire et peut adapter le menu. Il ne restait pas de dessert sans gluten ce soir et ils m’ont préparé des fruits flambés au grand marinier. La nourriture y est vraiment excellente!
