Taken here for a work lunch—and I was pretty nervous to try it. We walked in and it was sooooooo ridiculously busy. Not comforting. I ordered the Very Berry Salad and the Blue Wave smoothie. Both were good and I still feel good. To save you a mini anxiety attack—the cheese ball/rolls are GF. I got so nervous when my salad came out with a roll on it :/ but they assured me it was safe. Had to wait forever for a table to open up to even sit and eat, but overall I didn’t get sick. Would avoid if possible though just because at a busy and chaotic restaurant like this it’s easier to run into a cross contaminated meal.
Are at this location and a different location and this one is far superior with more menu options and less spaces for cross contamination as the gluten containing products are in a separate area in the back. Loved the food! Dairy free options as well! Definitely would return! Felt fine after meals! Nice cream was a fun addition!
You have to be careful here - I got a salad and didn't get sick but had to make sure I watched them put in it. I've also gotten their smoothies and they are good.
it's sad when a place says they are gluten free and they have that much contamination and no knowledge that they are seriously poisoning people. I was horribly sick.
This place made me so sick! I will never eat here again. I said for mine to be gluten free and they put a roll right on top of my salad. They cross contaminate everything. Maybe they have gotten better since I went but I will never go back. Not worth the risk.
Not properly trained for Gluten free. I watched as food was prepared (sandwiches included) on a common surface, then a "Gluten free" dish prepped on the same surface without so much as a wipe down in between. I also saw a knife used to spread humus on pita bread and dipped back into a container of communal hummus, and a chicken sandwich where the food prepper put too much chicken on a sandwich removed a piece of the chicken from regular pita bread and threw it back into the warmer of prepped chicken. This same hummus and chicken were then used on a "Gluten free" Mediterranean salad. Needless to say the celiac in our family was ill within the hour. I on the other hand (who is not Gluten sensitive) had a sandwich and the whole time thought I'd rather be eating at subway. The food was sub-par, the service abysmally slow, and their Gluten free options only fit for those who choose that life style, not good for any type of sensitivity, allergy, celiac, or intolerance.
Love this place & how friendly they are! So many gf options - the smoothies are great too.
