This restaurant uses local and sustainable foods. There is a gluten/sugar/dairy free appetizer (fried cauliflower) on the menu and it is great! They have a gluten free bread that is locally made, too. The chef even went next door to find out if the lemon vinaigrette had sugar in it. Awesome. Must eat!
