Review of Austin Beerworks

Gluten reduced beer!!! This brewery uses clarity ferm during their brewing process that lowers the gluten ppm level to the legal gluten free limit. I have tried almost all their beers and have had zero issues. I emailed the brewery before trying them to make sure and they confirmed they use clarity firm except for any beers that have hazy in the name. For someone who misses drinking beer it has been a life changer.
