Everything on the menu is clearly marked. The chef came and spoke to me and explained their cooking process so that I felt assured of no cross contamination.

Not safe for Celiacs. Shared fryer for foods. Also, the corn tortillas are made in a shared bakery where wheat is used and flour is present in the air. It was recommended that it is not safe for me to eat here by the manager.

Menu with gluten free options indicated. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The appetizer ribs were awesome. So much so, I ordered a second helping with dinner. I had the carnitas tacos which were good but a bit dry. My wife had the tacos el pastor and they were much better.
