I ordered the bison burger with a gluten free bun. I told my waitress three times that I have celiac disease and they need to make sure there is no cross-contamination. She came back with my meal, and I decided to take out my Nima gluten tester and the burger turned out positive. I asked to speak to the manager, Josh, who personally took care of my needs and overlooked the chefs making my food. He prepared it in a separate pan. Josh told us that the cross contamination could be from the lettuce, tomato, onion, or grill. I tested the burger again and it turned out negative. Anyone with celiac disease needs to talk to Josh or the manager on duty first.
Went with my family and 4 of us have Celiac. We really had a good time and it was so nice to have lots of gluten free choices. The meal salads my Mom and I ordered were not as good as the burger my daughter had—Salads were nothing special and the lettuce was chopped rather than shredded. I wished I had gotten the chicken meal. My sis got that and it was really good
Did the rotisserie chicken per others’ recommendation on here and it did not disappoint! Food was delicious and did not get sick. Excellent waiter, he informed me that one of the gluten friendly options had chips from the shared fryer without me asking - so clearly knowledgeable about cross contamination.
Great experience. Ordered the turkey club with mashed potatoes.
Great rotisserie chicken! And a nice menu with knowledgable staff.
They have a great gluten free menu. Understanding when asked if food is prepared separately from other non-gluten free items.
Very friendly and accommodating service. Excellent and incredibly delicious gluten free food! The sauteed vegetables were scrumptious!
