Automatic Taco Food Truck

The Korean Pork Belly Tacos were outstanding. They put them on corn tortillas and flagged my tacos. Didn’t get sick and was craving the tacos even the next day.

This food truck is excellent! I loved the tacos before I found out about my gluten sensitivity so I contacted them via Facebook to ask about their GF options. All but one taco can be GF! The food is delicious and they seem to “get it” when it comes to gluten. Make sure you ask for GF. Apparently they can also do dairy free if you request it. Love the pork belly and kimchi taco the best but they all are excellent! I cannot attest to the preparation standards but they are super nice so I bet they would accommodate a request for careful prep.
