I eat here every few months and each time the kitchen and wait staff take great care to accommodate me. Last night's meal was no exception. I told the server I had celiac and cross-contamination is an issue, and she made sure to tell me which menu items I could have or could be modified. The chef even made my prawns in a seperate sautee pan to prevent cross-contamination (they are usually made on a flat top). You do have to make sure to double-check everything, though. Once I was told that farro was ok (it isn't) and rice pilaf was ok (it is not). I questioned both claims and both times and reminded the wait staff - they were super-nice about it.
